That is why DIY Cupboards.com offers a Cutting & Edging service with the option of special drilling.

Select from a wide range of A-grade melamine boards from PG Bison, Sternwood and Sonae.  Other materials can also be sourced.

Our state of the art equipment includes a beam saw, high-end edgebander and a CNC machine, to ensure the accurate manufacturing of our top quality components

Don't forget that we offer a wide range of PVC wrap doors in a large variety of styles and colours.

Online Cutting Lists

We made it super easy to submit your online cutting lists for quotation.

When we receive your cutting list in electronic format, we eliminate the need to re-enter your data into our computer system, therefore ensuring fast and error free quotations.

We also streamlined our production workflows to take advantage of the online cutting list data, for further time savings when you order.

To submit your cutting list, click Order Now and fill in your contact details.

Then add a page for each material you need via the Add Form button.

Our most popular colours are pre-loaded for easy selection, but we also provide an extra field, should you need to order a colour that's not on the list.

For PVC wrap doors, please specify Single Face (SF) or Double Face (DF). Single Face doors have a white melamine backing while Double Face doors have PVC on the front and back.

Also refer to our Outside and Center Profiles above, when ordering PVC Wrap doors.

Remember that some boards have an Alpine finish or a grain pattern.  When ordering such components, please enter the length and width in the same order for all components, even if the length is shorter than the width.  For example:  Line 2 contains drawer fronts with grain.

You may leave a general comment for the page at the bottom.  Then click Add Form to add another cutting list.  When all your cutting lists are ready for completion, click Send.
